Terms and how this service works

This website belongs to Exeter Boiler Repairs, an independent Gas Safe registered heating engineer. The site's purpose is to describe the services available and allow potential customers to make contact.

Exeter Boiler Repairs provides the following services only:

• Annual gas boiler servicing (including CP12 landlord gas safety certificates)
• Boiler fault diagnosis and repair
• Servicing and repair of unvented hot water cylinders, carried out under G3 qualification
• Smart heating control supply and installation

We do not carry out: boiler installations, gas fire installations, gas hob or cooker work, central heating system installations, or general plumbing. If you contact us for something outside this scope, we'll say so directly.

You won't find set prices online here, nor any pledge of emergency call-outs, a booking system, or an assurance that a given job will be taken on. The work itself, the parts, the timing and the cost are all things to talk through with me directly before anything goes ahead.

The customer reviews displayed on this website were written about work carried out under Thames Boilers, the trading name used by the same engineer in Kent before relocating to Devon. They are presented here to give an honest account of the quality and approach of the engineer's work.

These reviews are not fabricated, purchased or otherwise manufactured. They are not presented as reviews of Exeter Boiler Repairs' work in Exeter, and that distinction is made clear on the reviews page of this site.

As the Exeter business builds its own client base, local reviews will be added and attributed accordingly.
