Email works well for non-urgent questions or for getting a quote for servicing. Include the boiler make, the fault or service needed, and your postcode. I aim to reply within one working day.
Boiler make and model
Usually on a label on the front of the boiler. Also mention any fault code showing on the display.
How it's behaving (or not)
No heat, no hot water, or neither one? A code on the display that won't shift, or pressure that keeps slipping? And roughly how long it's been going on.
If it's a rental
Let me know how tenant access works, how pressing it is, and whether anyone needs a call before I turn up.

I cover Exeter (EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4) and the surrounding area: Topsham, Heavitree, St Thomas, Pinhoe, Whipton, Exwick, Wonford, Exminster, Alphington and Crediton. I also cover the villages around these areas on a case-by-case basis — call and ask if you're further out.
I don't cover North Devon (that's a different business) or Plymouth. For anything outside the Exeter area, I'll say so upfront.
